Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I notice a lot of photographers take pictures of themselves sighting through a camera. I wondered what could an artist do. This was my first thought. I took the photo, cropped it and used a 'drawing' filter plus some post op.
