Pop taught me how to play on this table. It's a Brunswick Commander from the early 1900's. My Dad Rob was 16 years old when he told the local Dover, OH. YMCA that they should sell him the table because it was "bringing in the wrong element" into the place. They fell for it and sold it to him along with 20 or so cues, the balls, the cue rack, and all accessories for a grand total of $100! So Pop knocked out a wall in the basement and put up an I-beam to make room for the table. It became the source of many great games and stories since then! This painting captures feeling and spirit of the table with just this one little section. Great job Bob!
